What is Authentic Therapy Music About?
I create music dedicated to the people I love and to individuals with limited communication abilities. By observing moods, emotions, gestures and behaviors, I translate unspoken feelings into melodies that soothe, comfort and support emotional regulation.
When someone is frustrated or unable to express themselves verbally, my compositions become a bridge - conveying emotions, easing tension and restoring calm. The notes, melodies and riffs I play reflect both their inner experiences and my empathy, providing connection and natural relaxation. Often, my music helps listeners fall asleep peacefully or simply feel comforted during overwhelming moments.
Music, to me, is like a soulmate or a friend - a shared language for expressing joy, sadness, or frustration when words aren’t enough. It offers a safe space to process emotions, find relief and create meaningful connections.
